Exercises
I'm developing short videos (1 to 2 minutes long) that demonstrate each of the exercises I recommend. Right now there are 40 videos and the number is increasing regularly.
There are 3 ways to locate a video:
    	Type in a word to search (e.g., back, pushup, bicep): 
    	 and click on 
        
    	Click on a body area from the diagram below:
        Shoulders
        Arms
        Chest
        Back
        Abdomen
        Legs
