Suggested Exercises

Thses are exercises that I often use with my customers. They are fairly straight forward and work all of the individual muscle groups. If you need to focus on a specific part of the body, whether you are rehabbing from an injury or looking to develop sport-specific muscles, I recommend having a personal consultation followed by proper progress monitoring to ensure you are getting the results you are looking for.
