About Michael Pullam
My name is Michael Pullam and I've been working in the industry for just over 10 years. I have been active in sports and athletics all of my life so the decision to work in this field came naturally. I enjoy working with people and get great satisfaction from helping others achieve their goals.
I studied Sociology and Kinesiology at York University in Toronto and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After I graduated I became certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. Continuing my education is very important to me. I am currently studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
The emphasis of my business is in-home personal training. I have worked with a broad spectrum of people, ranging from teenagers to senior citizens, from athletes to sedentary individuals, and I've also helped people with disabilities maintain their conditioning. In my experience, people often achieve better results from training and exercise when they are in a safe and familiar environment, such as their own home. If you'd like my help, please send me an email or give me a call. I'd love to hear from you.
